TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT

Provides for the declaration of land, including the sea above any part of the sea bed of the Territory, to be a sanctuary, park reserve or protected area by the Administrator. The whole or part of a park or reserve may be declared a wilderness zone. The Act also provides for the protection of animals and plants; and the preparation of plans of managements for parks and reserves.
