The National Carp Control workshop was jointly convened by the MDBC and the PAC CRC to engage both the public and scientific communities in the ‘daughterless carp’ program. It was to serve as a forum for public comment on the project as proposed, and to ensure that all interested parties have the opportunity for input. Contributions from scientists and Institutions were made to identify key research issues and ensure the best possible project design.
