Feral pig management plan: Flinders Island Tasmania

This report outlines the results of a study that aimed to (1) determine feral pig numbers, distribution, seasonal movements and other aspects of biology. (2) monitor pig damage by examining changes in plant diversity, and solid degradation and damage. (3) monitor the economic affect of feral pigs on agriculture and tourism. (4) to evaluate control methods for the feral pig population. The report also outlines the feral pig management plan for the Strzelecki region of the island and also, the rest of the island.
