Assessment of correction factors used for estimating goat populations in the Western Australian rangelands

This study aimed to assess various correction factors associated with aerial surveys for goats which, if uncorrected, are generally regarded to underestimate true population numbers. The accuracy of these correction factors was related to a true population estimate that was obtained by mustering.
