Animal Health Act

Provides for the prevention, detection and control of animal diseases and for the improvement of animal health generally. Authorises the quarantine of certain areas and prohibits the importation of certain animals and materials. The Chief Veterinary Officer and inspectors may order the destruction of diseased animals. Repeals the Stock Act 1932 and certain other enactments.
