An Investigation Into Kangaroo Control in Rested Pasture

There are three viable approaches to the problem of Kangaroos overgrazing resting pasture land. These include exclusion- control of numbers- and harvesting. The objectives of this work are to: determine the efficacy of exclusion by electric fences; determine the most suitable fence design and shape for exclusion; determine the efficacy of the Finlayson Trough as a control measure; and
determine the efficacy of trapping and handling techniques.
